Yes, we deliver! Delivery is free within 20 miles of our location, with a fee for farther distances. Contact us for a quote if your location is outside our service area.

Yes, a standard electrical outlet within 50-100 feet of the setup area is required.

You can book online through our website by selecting your desired bounce house, event date, and time. A deposit is required to secure your rental. Or you can message us on Facebook or email us at gulfcoastmedia247@gmail.com for availability.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays. Some dates may fill up quickly.

We can set up on grass, pavement, and indoors ( as appropriate). However, setups on pavement require sandbags to secure the unit. We do not set up on gravel or uneven surfaces for safety reasons.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your delivery date.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash payments. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount as our delivery team does not carry change.

Deposits are only refundable with 7 or more days' notice. If your event is canceled due to weather, we offer rescheduling options or store credit for a future booking.
